Monday died one of the biggest graffiti legends Dash “Sacer” Snow…

known for his “live fast, die young” lifestyle, this dude influenced lots of writers and became a controversial and very original contemporary artist, crating crazy sculpures and instalations and some really cool polaroids that i discovered recently…

SHIT HAPPENS…

pois é, a expedição ao paraíso fiscal dos ditadores e terra dos canivetes não teve um final hollywoodesco em k o miudo contra tudo e contra todos leva a taça…

resumindo um dos capítulos mais negros de que há memória, não consegui ser selecionado para o mestrado na suiça…

foi simplesmente um daqueles episódios em que tudo o que podia ter corrido mal, correu:

basicamente devido a um erro de interpretação da carta de marcação da entrevista (my ass…cartas em código estilo da vinci em que quase que temos que perseguir um frade albino para descobrir a verdade é simplesmente estúpido), a apresentação em que trabalhei durante um mês não correspondia ao que eles pediam, que na realidade era a defesa do portfólio (algo que teria tido muito + facilidade em apresentar)!

ou seja, após uns 5 aterrorizantes minutos de apresentação para um grupo de júris bem ao estilo dirty harry, agradeceram- me por ter vindo, recebi duas palmadinhas nas costas e toma lá um bilhete de volta pa portugal…

bem, acho que nunca me senti tão frustrado, depois de tanto trabalho, stress, planos e muitas dores de cabeça, nem me deram a oportunidade de mostrar o meu trabalho!

tenho que admitir que foi um duro golpe no meu ego e nas minhas aspirações, mas pronto, quando levo um sucker punch destes, tenho é que me voltar a levantar…

a verdade é que me apaixonei pela escola, o edificio é surreal, estilo museu de arte contemporânea, com imacs espalhados pelas paredes só porque é giro, a mostar trabalhos de alunos, cenas geniais, daqueles que olhamos e só pensamos que gostavamos de nos ter lembrado daquilo antes, grandes condições e c um feeling mesmo insprirador!

ou seja, agora tenho um ano para preparar um portfolio impressionante, com projectos novos, com mais tempo, assim ainda junto algum dinheiro extra, pa ir pa lá mais preparado…

a ideia na verdade é tentar ir no principio do próximo ano pa lá desbravar terreno, estagiar num atelier catita e conhecer melhor a escola, da próxima já não me escapa! (senão mando isto á merda, pego num diablo e junto-me ao circo chen!)

Bubbles, where are you?

Ok, first of all, R.I.P. MJ, even if in my opinion you died in the late 90´s, this dude was just a really sad and disturbed shadow of the King…

but when i heard the news, the first thing that i thought was, what the didlio happened to MJ´s sidekick, BUBBLES the chimp…

apparently he was removed to an animal sanctuary over fears he may attack Jackson’s newborn son, Prince Michael II, some years ago.

Bubbles was a legend, always surronded with rumours, my favorite ones are these:

This story, reported in The National Enquirer, claimed that Jackson’s longtime rival Prince had used extrasensory perception to turn Bubbles crazy. “What kind of sicko would mess with a monkey?”, Jackson was reported to have said. “This is the final straw. Poor, poor Bubbles.”

Jackson and Bubbles accompanied each other on outings and talked together. The singer later taught the chimp how to moonwalk. Bubbles, who had an agent, was also rumoured to have his own bodyguard.

Bubbles, if you´re still alive, please come back…

Ps: R.I.P Farrah Fawcett, it´s really unfortunate to die the same day of the king of pop, but i remembered you…
